sometimes it had to be done. he stared at the screen very hard, not actually looking at the monitor. sometimes he had to ignore , he had to refuse to make an effort any longer cause there was the same result at the end. even though he knew about the expectations, he no longer felt obliged for it , he no longer felt it.
